Certain functions that were previously available as self-service to you on your online credit card management application will now be performed exclusively by agents at the Contact Center. Beginning August 21, 2022, please call the Customer Service number of the back of your 4UCU Visa Credit Card for the following functions: • Change Contact Info
• Balance Transfer
• Make an Inquiry (Note: You will still see previously saved messages.)
If you click on one of these options on your online credit card management application as of August 21, you will receive an error message directing you to call the number on the back of your card.
